Harry's Bungalows & Restaurant Samui
Harry’s is a great resort made of 20 airconditioned bungullows and positioned very close to the beach. The accommodation is comfortable and service is great. In a restaurant the menu is quite extensive and prices are cheap. Most people who stay there seem to be extremely satisfied with their stay. The prices for this place are amaizing. HotelsCombined shows bungulows at only $25 per night. Considering the quality and service of accommodation it is fare enough to say that it’s simply a bargain. In comparison the other hotels around this area such as Samui Buri charge 4 times as much.
What people say:
Harry's is a brilliant place, cheap price including breakfast, maybe 1100 to 1500 baht depending on season. Food is excellent and cheap. Staff are fantastic, can't do enough to help. A lovely quiet location with an excellent pool and beautiful gardens. More for families and honeymooners than party animals Can't recommend it highly enough, you can pay loads more and not go close to this, highly underrated

First Residence Hotel Koh Samui
We chose this hotel because it has been built only few years ago, has nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff, sleek modern design and overall is a great value for money. At the time of writing this article, we found a rate of only $27 per night by using HotelsCombined price comparison. It’s interesting to note that the rate given on different sites was quite different and some were trying to sell their single room for $50 per night. Once again that tells us how important it is to be able to compare prices.
What people say:
Very nice room, huge queen size bed! The balcony was small & not much view but there's no need to spend time there when the rest of the town is waiting for you! Just a little too far to walk to town, but there are plenty of motorbike scooters or taxis around. Staff friendly & helpful.

Amari Palm Reef Resort Hotel Koh Samui
This is probably the best hotel on Koh Samui, located right on the beach with variety of 187 luxury rooms designed for all sorts of travellers in mind, in proximity to all the main attractions and with well trained staff and outstanding service it is well worth $100-$150 per night. Indeed it will delight even a truly seasoned traveller as it boasts an extremely high standard of everything. To say that this hotel has consistently high reviews is an understatement as many people think that it’s literally the best hotel that they have ever stayed in. All in all we think that it’s one of the Thailand’s finest hotels positioned at the expensive and picturesque beach front.
What people say:
This has got to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I first went with my girlfriend and then went back a few months later with my kids. They loved it. Staff is so friendly, always willing to help, the food is excellent and the location and views are fantastic. I will be going back to Samui one day and I know I will stay again

On a different note it’s worth mentioning that while during your stay in Koh Samui it’s advisable to visit other beautiful islands in the Gulf of Thailand. What makes it easy is the proximity. For example you could travel to Koh Phangan or Koh Tao for a day or even stay there overnight. Just make sure you book your accommodation in advance particularly if you come to Koh Phangan around the full moon party which is on every month, as hotels and resorts are pretty booked out during those times.
